Today is a good day :)

No facebook. No more alcohol/diet soda/coffee. Today is the start of my major transformation :) I AM SO HAPPY AND EXCITED!

I have always had this secret desire to be a fitness model, or to look like one I mean. Muscle to me on girls is so beautiful and attractive. There is nothing prettier than a strong girl who looks like they can take on the world! Health is so extremely important to me, being a diabetic and allergic to gluten makes me really cautious about the foods I put in my body. It is just time to take the bottomless pit snacking that I do a little to often, put it aside for good and actually take charge by eating less of the great stuff I already eat and train like a beast :)! I love working out and I am so excited that after figuring out my crazy, busy life that I can finally have a set routine! :D So ready to make it to my long term goal and slowing build that lean and sexy body I have always wanted!!!! This 21 going on 22 year old is ready for this fantastic transformation in store for me!

And a big thanks to Muffin TopLESS for being a huge inspiration to me :)

Does everyone have a friend that this picture reminds you of?! I do :) Good friends are such a blessing in life. Hold on to the good ones y’all!

Hello! Since it has been a few weeks, and I have just been crazy busy with school and my two jobs, I apologize for my absence.

Yesterday I found the most amazing quote and I just had to share with you all because it made me so ecstatically happy and put my mind in a positive place:

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.

Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company … a church … a home.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude …

I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me, and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you …
We are in charge of our Attitudes.”
Charles Swindoll

Amazing right?! I hope this starts everyone out on the right foot this week :)

This was written by a little 6 year old girl. I babysit her and her two sisters - Rebecca and Mia, and before they go to bed they all sit down and write little prayers to God.
This was the one that Hollie wrote last time, and it absolutely broke my heart. I mean, she’s six years old and she thinks she’s not beautiful. That’s not right. But she is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous. She’s got golden blonde hair, bright green eyes and a smile so beautiful that you melt a little inside when you see it.
When their mum got home, I showed her Hollie’s prayer, and she was devastated. She’s a nurse so she’s seen a lot of horrible things, but I have never seen her like that. And so I had to do something.
If you’re reading this, and if you have the slightest bit of a heart, please reblog this, so that I can prove to Hollie that she is beautiful, and that she is so special, and that God made her exactly the way she is because He knows that He made her perfect. Please give this beautiful little girl the confidence she deserves.

Because I am starting to stress out about how busy I am about to become in about two days, thought I would share a picture that keeps me going :)

Now seriously, if you think you are having a bad hair day, just take a look at this girl. I am sure you will change your mind.

Hahaha definitely gets the award for photo of the day! Gave me a good giggle.

I am just a girl in the world; wanting to blog about whatever comes to mind basically making this my version of a web based smash book. So, hello Tumblr, my name is Jessie.
